Job summary

Anthropic in the United States is seeking a talented Workday Business Systems Analyst to own the configuration, testing, and operations of our Workday HRIS across PATT and HCM domains. You will refine payroll, absence, and time tracking setup and shape design decisions as they arise.

You will partner with Payroll, IT, Finance, and People teams to ensure secure, scalable HRIS processes, lead testing for Workday releases, and translate business requirements into reliable system configurations.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking in Workday.
• Knowledge of HCM data models, org structures, and security.
• Ability to lead testing and adoption of Workday releases.
