Job summary

Daniels Health is seeking an experienced HRIS Workday Analyst to support Payroll, Absence and Time Tracking across US, UK, Canada and Australia. You will optimise Workday configuration, ensure accurate payroll data, and act as the expert for Workday Payroll, Absence and Time Tracking.

You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance and Operations to drive improvements, test changes, and provide end-user training while upholding data governance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Workday HRIS Analyst or similar HR systems role.
• Demonstrable experience with Workday Payroll, Absence and Time Tracking modules.
• Experience supporting US and UK payroll environments and understanding jurisdiction requirements.
• Ability to configure, test and deploy Workday functionality including integrations and security.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Workday Payroll, Absence and Time Tracking for US/UK populations.
• Act as SME on Workday processes, guiding HR, Payroll and line managers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and data discrepancies.
• Partner with Payroll/HR to ensure accurate payroll processing across jurisdictions.
• Develop, test and deploy changes to business processes, security roles and reporting.
• Create and maintain Workday reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Support system upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide end-user training and reference materials to drive adoption and data quality.
• Ensure data integrity, governance and compliance with policies.
