Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Workday system administration, analysis, or HRIS support.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of HR business processes including payroll, compensation, performance, and talent management.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and enhance Workday modules (BP's, Security, HCM, Time Tracking, Payroll, Absence, Advanced Compensation, Recruiting).
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Provide end-to-end configuration, testing, documentation, and user training for Workday features.
