Job summary

Hy-Vee is seeking a Workday Functional Analyst in the Human Resources department to maintain and support Workday within HR, recruiting, and IT. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate end-users, and respond to time-sensitive inquiries in your area.

The role emphasizes configuring and testing Workday business processes, managing master data, building reports, and providing Tier 2 support. A Bachelor’s degree and Workday HCM experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Workday HCM experience or training preferred.
• HR functional and system experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the HRIS partner supporting Workday workstreams.
• Provide consultation to HR and recruiting team members, gathering requirements and delivering solutions.
• Research current and upcoming Workday capabilities.
• Evaluate releases and functionality to identify opportunities to improve and optimize Workday usage.
• Configure, test, validate and implement Workday business process changes.
