Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Workday HCM experience or training preferred.
• HR functional and system experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the HRIS partner supporting Workday workstreams.
• Provide consultation to HR, recruiting and IT; gather requirements and analyze solutions.
• Research current and upcoming Workday capabilities and evaluate releases for improvements.
• Configure, test, validate and implement Workday business processes.
• Assist in testing integrations, security, and annual events.
• Maintain master data values in Workday (e.g., locations).
• Build reports and analytics in Workday.
• Act as Tier 2 escalation resource for Workday issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Participate in scheduled and ad hoc training to improve policy and process knowledge.
