Job summary

Hy-Vee, located in Grimes, IA, is seeking a Workday Functional Analyst to maintain and support HRIS Workday modules. You will collaborate with HR, recruiting, and IT to optimize business processes and implement new features.

You will serve as the Tier 2 support resource, educate end-users, and assist with integrations, security, and annual HR events while maintaining master data and generating reports. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required, with Workday HCM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HRIS partner supporting Workday workstreams.

• Assist in integrations, security, and annual events in Workday.
• Maintain master data values and build reports in Workday.
• Provide Tier 2 support and educate end-users as needed.
