Job summary

Hy-Vee, located in Grimes, IA, is seeking a Workday Functional Analyst to maintain and support HRIS Workday modules. You will collaborate with HR, recruiting, and IT to optimize business processes and implement new features.

You will serve as the Tier 2 support resource, educate end-users, and assist with integrations, security, and annual HR events while maintaining master data and generating reports. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required, with Workday HCM experience preferred.

The functional analyst collaborates closely with the human resources, recruiting and information technology teams. They are the technical subject matter resource and assist with improving business processes and implementing new features.
