Job summary

Athene is seeking an HR technology professional to translate HR needs into scalable Workday solutions, configuring and enhancing capabilities, and delivering reports and analytics.

You will partner with HR and business teams to streamline processes, automate tasks, and evaluate AI-enabled solutions to improve HR operations. 5+ years HRIS experience and hands-on Workday expertise required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Purpose

This role translates HR business needs into scalable Workday solutions. This role configures and enhances Workday capabilities, develops reporting and analytics solutions, and improves HR processes through automation and emerging technology. You’ll work across HR and the business to deliver effective Workday solutions, simplify processes, and improve how work gets done.
