Job summary

Vercel is hiring a People Operations Integrations Developer to lead the building and integration of Workday-based HR tools. You will own core Workday integrations and collaborate with People, Finance, IT, and Engineering to enable scalable, secure HR data flows.

You will craft and maintain integration solutions, document mappings, and contribute to testing and security practices to support a modern, headless HR tech stack.

Qualifications

• Experience with Workday integrations and HR systems.
• Strong understanding of integration architecture and data flows.
• Ability to translate business requirements into reliable integration solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors/Cloud Connect, Workday Studio, APIs).
• Develop and integrate Vercel-powered internal People tools to streamline HR processes.
• Collaborate with People Operations, Finance, IT, and Engineering to gather requirements and design robust integrations.
• Document integration logic, mappings, and processes for cross-team visibility.
• Monitor health and troubleshoot integration failures; drive fixes with stakeholders.
• Contribute to testing, security, and change-management practices for scalable HR integrations.
