Job summary
Vercel reinvents People Operations by building and integrating internal, fast, modern tools that replace legacy busywork. This role centers on Workday integrations, system reliability, and scalable HR tech.
You will own and evolve core Workday integrations, partnering with People, Finance, IT, and Engineering to ensure secure data flows. You’ll blend hands-on integration work with a deep understanding of People Operations and report to the Director of People Operations, Infrastructure &
Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on experience building and maintaining Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors/Cloud Connect, Workday Studio, and/or APIs.
- Experience with XML/XSLT and Workday Security configuration is a plus.
- Ability to translate technical integration details into business-friendly language and collaborate with People Ops, Finance, IT, and Engineering.
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and troubleshoot Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors/Cloud Connect, Workday Studio, APIs).
- Develop and document integration solutions with clear field mappings and logic.
- Monitor integration health and coordinate fixes with stakeholders.
