Job summary

Vercel is redefining People Operations by building and integrating internal tools powered by a modern HR tech stack. You will own and evolve core Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors/Cloud Connect, Workday Studio, APIs) and partner with People, Finance, IT, and Engineering to meet process requirements.

You will develop expertise in hire-to-retire, compensation, benefits, and org management, ensuring reliable, well-documented integration solutions.

Qualifications

4+ years building and maintaining Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors/Cloud Connect, Workday Studio, or APIs).
Knowledge of XML/XSLT and Workday Business Process Framework; security configuration a plus.
Genuine interest in People Operations and ability to translate technical details for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Build and integrate Vercel-powered internal People tools.
Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors/Cloud Connect, Workday Studio, APIs).
Collaborate with People Operations, Finance, IT, and Engineering stakeholders to translate requirements into reliable integrations.
Develop knowledge of hire-to-retire, compensation, benefits, and org management processes.
Monitor integration health and drive fixes with stakeholders; document logic and mappings.
Contribute to testing, security, and change-management practices.
