Job summary

Life Fitness / Hammer Strength in Rosemont, IL is seeking a Manager, HR Systems (Workday) to lead configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the Workday platform for a global, multi-entity organization.

The role partners with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to ensure accurate data, strong UX, and continuous improvement, supporting bi-annual releases and complex integrations across HR processes and dashboards.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of HRIS experience with at least 3 years hands-on Workday experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, HR Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience configuring and supporting multiple Workday modules (Core HCM required; additional modules preferred).
• Hands-on experience with Workday EIBs, including building, testing, and troubleshooting integrations.
• Experience participating in testing cycles (UAT, regression) and system deployments.
• Global/multi-site HR systems experience strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and support Workday modules including HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking.
• Lead Workday-related projects and execute the HR tech roadmap with HR leadership.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR decisions.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and governance for Workday and integrations.
• Manage Workday EIB integrations and data migrations; troubleshoot issues and support deployments.
• Provide end-user training and documentation for HR teams and managers.
