Jump Trading Group in Chicago, IL is seeking an HR Coordinator to support the US employee experience through Workday operations, onboarding delivery, and HR policy administration as the company scales.

You will own Workday data integrity for the US population, build HR reporting for stakeholders, and partner with Legal and HRBP on policy updates while driving process improvements and ensuring accuracy across payroll and benefits.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Workday HCM experience with reporting and downstream impacts.
• Strong process orientation, documenting and scaling HR workflows.
• Ability to communicate across management levels, regions, and functions.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments while managing multiple projects.
• Self-starter with curiosity and resilience; comfortable with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Manage the employee lifecycle in Workday end to end—onboarding, transfers, promotions, verifications, exits.
• Own Workday data integrity for the US population; audit data and monitor integrations.
• Build and maintain Workday reporting for HR and stakeholders; seek automation opportunities.
• Assess downstream impact of system changes; design sustainable HR processes.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding and partner with People Ops to improve the experience.
