Workday HCM Time Tracking Functional Consultant - Remote

The Workday Functional HCM Consultant will drive the design, configuration and optimization of our Workday solutions. This resource will work cross-functionally to ensure our Workday applications support the client’s objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead design sessions and workshops with the client team to gather and document business requirements
  • Configure and optimize Workday modules (e.g., HCM Time and Attendance)
  • Develop project plans, timelines and testing strategies in alignment with project goals
  • Support and administer Workday production environments by troubleshooting issues, managing system updates and optimizing performance
  • Provide post-implementation support

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Workday HCM Time Tracking and Absence configuration and implementation
  • Prior consulting or project management experience within Workday Implementation
  • Workday HCM Time Tracking certification required

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with at least one full cycle Workday implementation
  • Strong working knowledge of business process frameworks, system integrations (EIBs) and data management
  • Workday HCM Absence certification preferred
  • Experience managing project resources
  • Bachelor’s Degree

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience. Accenture Federal Services offers a wide variety of benefits.

The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia is:

$93,400 - $243,100 USD
