WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW: We are hiring for the Workday Consultant, HRIS (Work From Home) position, which can be based anywhere in the USA. If you are a consultant with relevant Workday experience, this role might be perfect for you! A solid understanding of Workday business processes and configuration is required. Experience with Workday modules such as Recruiting, HCM, Talent, and Absence is strongly preferred. Additionally, experience with Workday security and integrations, including ISU, ISSG, API, and Web Services, is necessary.
Enjoy the benefit of working from home while supporting one of the largest, most dynamic non-profits. The role is primarily remote, supporting various Workday modules including HCM, Compensation, Talent, Performance, and Absence, and providing HR support across the organization.

The Workday Consultant will develop, implement, and maintain HR information systems, policies, and procedures to manage employee data effectively. The Senior Analyst will also support, develop, and guide volunteers.
What You Need To Succeed
Education: Bachelor's degree required.
Experience: At least 7 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with Workday security and integration frameworks is required.
Skills & Abilities: Strong teamwork, attention to detail, organizational skills, adaptability, project leadership, and excellent communication skills. Familiarity with HR processes and Microsoft Office is essential.
The salary range for this position is $95,000-$105,000. Salaries are aligned with geographic location and other factors such as experience and skills.
