Overview

A leading organization is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR Lead to support a critical initiative involving the setup of new Legal Entities and restructuring of employee data. The role demands strong functional expertise, stakeholder collaboration, and experience in enterprise Oracle Cloud implementations.

Position: Contract Remote (Florida-based client)

Responsibilities

• Lead the configuration and creation of up to two new Legal Entities in Oracle Cloud
• Manage employee data transfers into newly created Legal Entities
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and execute data migration
• Ensure compliance and integrity across Oracle Cloud Core HR modules
  
  

Requirement Qualifications

• Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR
• Experience with Legal Entity configuration and employee data migration
• Minimum 2 3 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations
• Preferred domain experience in Commercial or Healthcare industries
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
