Job summary

Frazer Jones is seeking a Workday-focused HR technology leader in New York to build and scale a new function from the ground up. This leadership role offers significant visibility and the chance to design an end-to-end HR data and reporting strategy.

You will consolidate manual processes, improve data quality and governance, and partner with business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions and meaningful insights. The position may evolve to lead and grow a team as the function expands.

• Experience building teams and functions from the ground up is highly desirable.
