Job summary

Herschend Family Entertainment is seeking a Workday HCM Technical Lead for a 12-month contract in Georgia. You will own the Workday HCM platform, drive integrations, data architecture, security, and system performance, partnering with HR stakeholders and AMS providers to deliver a scalable enterprise solution.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience supporting enterprise systems, preferably HR/HCM.
• 3+ years in a technical lead or product-owner role for Workday HCM.

Responsibilities

• Own Workday HCM modules and integration architecture.
• Manage tenant health, performance, and monitoring.
• Coordinate with HR and AMS partners for issues and enhancements.
• Oversee environment strategy (test, preprod, prod) and changes impact.
• Ensure uptime and reliable integrations during HR cycles.
• Validate data integrity across systems during releases.
