Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience supporting enterprise systems, preferably in HR or Human Capital Management environments.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience supporting Workday HCM in a technical lead, analyst, or product owner role.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical owner and subject matter expert for Workday HCM modules.
• Own integration architecture and patterns within the Workday HCM modules.
• Manage tenant health, performance, and monitoring.
• Align system capabilities and enhancements with HR priorities.
• Oversee environment strategy and evaluate impacts of Workday system changes.
• Serve as a point of escalation for configuration issues related to Workday HCM.
• Coordinate with internal business and technology teams to resolve system issues.

Skills

Working knowledge of HR processes

Experience with Workday integrations (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors)

Experience with data transformation (XML, XSLT preferred)

Understanding of enterprise integration patterns

Experience managing security frameworks

Experience with data governance

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience supporting post-implementation Workday environments

Experience working with Workday AMS partners

Understanding of middleware platforms

Workday HCM certification

Education

5-10 years of experience supporting enterprise systems
