Qualifications

• Hands-on Workday HCM implementation experience.
• SQL knowledge for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Understanding HRIS platforms and implementation lifecycle.
• Experience troubleshooting system issues with implementation partners.

Responsibilities

• Support Workday HCM implementation with focus on time/attendance, payroll, and benefits.
• Coordinate with Workday vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Identify potential technical and functional issues proactively during implementation.
• Utilize SQL to support data analysis and system initiatives.
• Provide ongoing Workday administration, maintenance, and enhancements after go-live.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT to understand business needs and improve system functionality.
• Support updates to employee data, workflows, and related processes.
• Contribute to technology modernization and operational efficiency.
