TITLE: HRIS Workday HCM Solution Architect

LOCATION: Remote

TYPE: Contract, 12-24 months

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced HRIS Workday HCM Solution Architect to contribute to the success of the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) function. This role will be instrumental in developing solutions that align with our HR and Payroll needs. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of end-to-end processes and the technical acumen to configure and customize Workday to support complex organizational requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the administration of the Workday system, including configuration, security management, data audits, corrections, and implementing new functionalities.
• Support the design, development, testing, implementation, and troubleshooting of system enhancements and automation projects, including Core Connectors, EIB, and Technical Reporting for custom solutions across business processes.
• Collaborate with departments such as HR, Recruiting, Payroll, and IS to develop cooperation and support project requirements and specifications.
• Evaluate existing integrations, perform data audits and validation, and coordinate with relevant teams for corrections. Conduct requirements reviews with HRIS and functional departments, and proactively develop and modify processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, HR laws, and data privacy standards. Maintain adherence to security protocols and industry standards. Follow change control and approval processes when updating employee records and system configurations.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
