Base pay range

Exciting opportunity available for seasoned Workday Financials Specialist to join a global Workday partner who are just starting their Workday Financials practice. This role will be one of the first two people in the practice and will play a key role in driving growth within the practice.

This Workday partner has a great reputation with over a decade in the ecosystem. They have an established Workday HCM practice which specializes in large global enterprise customers, delivering phase 1 Workday implementations for a variety of fortune 500 clients.

They have secured their first Workday Financials project and are now looking to hire a 'Workday Financials Lead / Architect' on a permanent basis to lead this first project. This is a senior level role that will evolve as the practice grows and an opportunity to be a pioneer within the practice.

This is a remote role with very minimal travel requirements. Candidates can be based anywhere in the US.

Details:

Role - Workday Financials Lead / Architect (FDM)

Salary - $180,000 to $220,000 + bonus

Focus - guide the customer and lead their phase 1 Workday implementation including FDM and Fin Accounting set up

Requirements - Workday partner certification in Financials, 5+ years Workday Financials consulting experience, 5+ end-to-end Workday Financials implementations where you led FDM and Fin Accounting workstreams

Requirements:

Workday Financials implementer certifications

5+ years of Workday Financials consulting experience

5+ end-to-end Workday Financials implementations (Large Enterprise preferred)

Experience leading FDM, Financial Accounting design and set up on phase 1 implementations

Ability to engage and guide the c-suite stakeholders
