Infosys is seeking a Principal Consultant - HCM with extensive experience in Workday. This person will interface with key stakeholders and apply domain and technical & functional proficiency including requirements elicitation, design, build and deployment of solutions for supporting customer’s Workday HCM application. As a Principal Consultant, this person will play an important role in creation and development of industry solutions. This person will be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, and excellence is rewarded. This person will play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts, serve as a key member of the digital technology team participating in HCM digital projects, integration development and working with finance leads, technical product managers, corporate and business unit teams and third parties to orchestrate digital solutions using Workday HCM.
