The Sr Advanced Solution Architect (Workday) role at Light & Wonder (LNW) supports aspects which operate and enhance the Core HCM, Security Administration, and Reporting & Dashboards functions of Workday in a global business environment.
In addition to specific ERP-related activities, the position will manage a team of Workday functional and technical resources, collaborate with business leaders to develop tactical and strategic HR operations plans, and interact with internal IT and external service providers to pursue multiple initiatives.
The Sr Advanced Solution Architect (Workday) will serve as the primary HRIT liaison, understanding business needs, prioritizing, and leading delivery teams, engaging with internal and external stakeholders to improve systems, and maintaining awareness of upcoming changes. The role involves daily interaction with platform teams, internal COEs, HRBPs, networking teams, and vendors.

The targeted pay range for this role is $105,000 - $140,000, potentially including bonuses. Compensation depends on skills, experience, location, and internal and market considerations.
Regular sitting, standing, walking, using hands, operating a computer, with specific vision abilities required. Reasonable accommodations may be provided.
