Infosys is seeking a Workday Techno Functional Technology Lead. This position will be responsible for developing integrations and leading the end-to-end track. The candidate will collaborate with client business and IT teams on design, build, and testing of integrations. As a Technology Lead, they will interface with stakeholders, applying Workday HCM domain and technical skills across project stages including requirements, design, build, and deployment. The role involves creating high-level design artifacts and participating in HR digital projects, integration development, and working with HR leads, product managers, and third parties to orchestrate digital solutions using Workday HCM.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of IT experience
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; work experience considered in lieu of degree
• Authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship; no immigration sponsorship provided
• Location flexibility in Richardson TX, Raleigh NC, Hartford CT, Indianapolis IN, or Phoenix AZ; willingness to relocate and travel
• 2+ years of relevant Workday HCM implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support experience
• Proficient in Workday integrations, reports, and business process customization
• Experience in report generation, performance tuning of reports and integrations
• Hands-on experience with Workday technologies: EIB, Report Writer, Cloud Connect, Business Process Framework, Security, Calculated Fields, XML/XSLT, Studio, BIRT
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Experience in Workday production support and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of HCM modules: Core HR, Compensation, Recruitment, Benefits, Payroll
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps methodologies
• Strong client communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience with full SDLC and testing processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in large ERP projects and data integrations with third-party systems
• Leadership skills and familiarity with Agile practices like BDD, TDD
• Deep understanding of SDLC and transition to Agile, especially test management
• Knowledge of HR module end-to-end flows
• Proficiency in testing processes and tools

The role involves extended computer work and communication via phone, email, or face-to-face. Travel may be required.
