Job summary

Evergreen Healthcare Partners, LLC is seeking a Workday Administrator – HCM, Payroll & Integrations to partner with functional stakeholders and optimize Workday across HR, payroll and integrations. You will configure, maintain, and optimize Workday HCM and Payroll while building integrations with downstream systems to keep data flowing smoothly.

The role requires hands-on Workday administration, strong integration experience, and a collaborative mindset aligned with Evergreen’s values.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Workday integration experience across HCM/Financials.
• Experience supporting Workday HCM modules and payroll processes.
• Proficiency with integration tools (EIB/Core Connectors/Workday Studio).
• Strong collaboration with HR, Payroll and Finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements.
• Configure and maintain the Workday tenant for HR and Payroll operations.
• Map end-to-end business processes and design automated workflows.
• Develop and test Workday integrations connecting payroll, benefits and downstream systems.
• Monitor performance, triage incidents, and coordinate releases.
