Job summary

Evergreen Healthcare Partners, LLC is seeking a Workday Administrator – HCM, Payroll & Integrations to partner with functional stakeholders and optimize Workday HCM, Payroll, and integrations across systems. The role balances daily admin work with proactive advisory to evolve the Workday environment in line with Evergreen’s strategy.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on Workday HCM and Payroll experience plus strong integration skills, including EIB/Core Connectors/Workday Studio.

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on Workday integration experience.
3+ years of hands-on Workday HCM modules experience.
Experience with integration testing, data validation, and system design.
Hands-on experience with Workday integration tools (EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio).
Proficiency with Microsoft 365: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

Partner with business teams to gather requirements and design scalable Workday solutions.
Configure and maintain Workday HCM, Payroll, and integrations for reliable operations.
Manage integrations end-to-end, including testing, deployment, and troubleshooting.
Provide documentation and runbooks for continued support and audits.
Coordinate releases and perform validation post-deployment.
