Job summary

Evergreen Healthcare Partners, LLC is seeking a Workday Administrator – HCM, Payroll & Integrations. You will partner with functional teams to configure, maintain, and optimize Workday HCM and Payroll, while building integrations across HCM and Financials to ensure accurate data flow.

You will balance day-to-day administration with advisory work, ensuring the environment evolves with Evergreen’s strategy. Hands-on administration and strong integrations experience are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on Workday integration experience across HCM/Payroll
• Experience supporting Workday HCM modules (Core HR, Compensation, Payroll) and integration tooling
• Experience with integration testing, data validation, and end-to-end validation
• Proficiency with Workday integration tools such as EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio; Microsoft 365 proficiency

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with teams to understand needs, priorities, and constraints.
• Facilitate intake conversations, discovery workshops, and solution design sessions to gather requirements and align on functionality and releases.
• Translate business challenges and goals into system requirements, technical specs, and scalable configurations that meet compliance needs.
• Configure and maintain the Workday tenant for daily HR and Payroll operations and optimization.
• Map end-to-end processes to identify bottlenecks, design optimized workflows and automations, and reduce manual work.
• Coordinate release cycles, testing, and stakeholder communication; support user acceptance testing.
• Develop, test, and maintain Workday integrations across HCM and Financials (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio).
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve defects; support incidents and runbooks.
• Maintain data governance controls and documentation for configurations, changes, and best practices
