Job summary

Evergreen Healthcare Partners, LLC is seeking a Workday Administrator – HCM, Payroll & Integrations to partner with functional teams and optimize Workday HCM and Payroll. You will build integrations across HCM and Financials, ensuring data flows smoothly between systems, while advising on best practices and enabling scalable solutions.

The role balances daily administration with proactive optimization, reporting, and continuous improvement, supporting Evergreen’s growth and commitment to care.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Workday integration experience.
• Experience supporting Workday HCM modules (Core HR, Compensation, and Payroll) and worker data structures.
• Experience with integration testing, data validation, and system design.
• Hands-on experience with Workday integration tools such as EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio (or equivalent iPaaS/ETL tools).
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with teams across the business to understand needs, priorities, and constraints.
• Facilitate intake conversations, discovery workshops, and solution design sessions to gather requirements and align on functionality and releases.
• Translate business challenges into system requirements and scalable configurations that meet compliance needs.
• Proactively advise stakeholders on best practices and trade-offs to support informed decisions.
• Configure and maintain the Workday tenant to support daily HR and Payroll operations.
• Map processes end-to-end and design optimized workflows and automations.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve defects.
• Coordinate release cycles and testing; ensure validation before Production.
• Document configurations, changes, and best practices for knowledge transfer.
• Test and iterate on configuration changes using metrics and feedback.
