A leading staffing and recruiting firm in Atlanta is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to oversee the implementation and support of Workday HCM modules. The role requires strong collaboration with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to ensure integrations are effective and data is accurate. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 3–7 years of experience in Workday HCM configurations. This is a full-time hybrid position offering significant opportunities for impact and efficiency improvements in HR processes.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM Functional configuration and support.
• Experience with Workday Core HCM and at least one additional module.
• Ability to write and execute test cases, perform data validation, and manage defects.

Responsabilités

• Lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday HCM modules.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional Workday configurations.
• Perform system testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing.

Formation
