Guidehouse is seeking a Workday HCM Optimization Manager to lead the Optimization program within the Workday Practice, overseeing production support, assessments, and Phase X deployments. You will design and develop solutions for clients optimizing their Workday environments and tenants.

You will be hands-on on assigned projects, run optimization sessions, capture requirements, and work with other Workday consultants to drive innovative solutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a MINIMUM of FIVE (5) years of experience using Workday HCM or other ERPs in an HCM capacity; OR a Master’s degree with a MINIMUM of THREE (3) years of experience using Workday HCM or other ERPs in an HCM capacity. Years of experience can be substituted for a formal degree, such as no degree with NINE (9) years of experience using Workday HCM or other ERPs in an HCM capacity.
• A MINIMUM of THREE (3) years of work experience with Workday
• Current holder of the following Workday Certifications: HCM Core
• Experience with the execution of projects within a structured methodology
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, focused on Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
• Strong written and oral communication skills (RFP responses, white papers, etc.) and presentation skills such as Workday demonstrations and client presentations
• Up to 25% travel with a focus on work from home and/or Guidehouse office; consultants may provide on-site support for key milestones as needed

• Deliver Workday solutions to optimize Workday environments
• Lead optimization program for the Workday Practice including production support, planned assessments, and Phase X deployments
• Lead design and development of solutions for clients optimizing their Workday tenant
• Hands-on project work to streamline client processes
• Lead optimization sessions, capture client requirements, build/configure solutions and collaborate with other Workday consultants
