Job summary

Jade Global, Inc seeks a Workday HCM Lead to configure and maintain Workday Core HCM modules, ensuring data integrity and security. You will collaborate with client teams to translate requirements into effective Workday solutions and lead integration efforts with other HR systems.

The role requires strong Hands-on experience with Workday HCM, workshops, and end-user training, with a focus on compliance and continuous improvements across regions including the Americas, Europe, and APAC.

Qualifications

• Certification in Workday HCM or related module(s) is preferred.
• 4+ years of end-to-end Workday Core HCM implementation, AMS, or rollout experience.
• Knowledge of localization and legislative requirements in multiple regions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Workday Core HCM modules (HR, Core Compensation, Reporting, Security).
• Collaborate with client teams to gather requirements and translate them into configurations.
• Provide end-user training, create documentation, and support user adoption of Workday features.
