Job summary

Jade Global in Pleasanton, CA is seeking a Workday HCM consultant to configure and optimize Core HCM modules across HR, compensation, reporting, and security. You will partner with client teams to capture requirements and translate them into robust Workday configurations.

You will lead workshops, ensure data integrity and security, provide end-user training, and develop documentation. You will also design integrations with other HR systems and stay current with Workday releases to propose

Qualifications

Experience configuring Workday Core HCM modules (HR, Compensation, Reporting, Security).
Experience in end-to-end implementation, AMS, or rollout for multiple regions.
Ability to lead workshops and collaborate with business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Configure and maintain Workday Core HCM modules (HR, Compensation, Reporting, Security).
Collaborate with client teams to collect requirements and translate into configurations.
