Job summary

Jade Global is seeking a Senior Workday Finance Lead focused on R2R processes in San Jose, CA. You will own the Financial Data Model, configure Journals, Fixed Assets, and Allocations, and design period-close checklists to shorten cycles.

You will maintain the integration between Workday Core Fin and Adaptive, manage budgeting structures, and support daily run activities including period close, bank reconciliation, and governance of Cost Centers and Ledger Accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Finance Systems with Workday R2R expertise.
• Deep knowledge of GAAP/IFRS accounting principles.
• Experience integrating Workday with Adaptive Planning is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the Record to Report processes and the Financial Data Model (FDM).
• Configure journals, fixed assets, and allocations; design period-close checklist to shorten close cycles.
• Maintain the integration between Workday Core Fin and Adaptive; manage budgeting structures.
• Provide L2 daily run support: period close, bank reconciliation, and Adaptive issues.
• Govern FDM: approve requests for new Cost Centers or Ledger Accounts.
