Job summary

Accenture in the United States seeks a Workday Functional Lead to guide advisory projects across finance, analytics, planning and HR, with a focus on cloud-based data reporting in Workday.

You will lead teams, architect cohesive Workday HCM solutions, mentor staff, and drive planning, budgeting and forecasting strategies while managing client workshops and budgets. Travel may be required; a Workday Partner Certification is expected.

Qualifications

• Workday Partner Certification required.
• Minimum of 3 years of consulting or client-side experience, most recently in a Lead or similar level role.
• Minimum of 3 years of HCM functional experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of Workday implementations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate’s Degree must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage teams in gathering requirements, design, prototyping, testing, and training.
• Architect Workday HCM solutions across streams and ensure cross-functional impacts are mitigated.
• Formulate planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting strategies.
• Architect statements of work and/or client proposals.
• Architect and manage vendor relationships.
• Lead workshops for client education.
• Manage resources and budget on client projects.
• Serve as the escalation point for critical functional issue resolution.
• Provide subject matter expertise to aid in decision making related to the functional solution.
• Lead, mentor, counsel and manage performance metrics of project staff.
• Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements.
• Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices.
