Job summary

Trinity Employment Specialists in Tulsa, OK seeks a Workday Functional Analyst to design, configure, and optimize Workday HCM and related systems. You will analyze business requirements, drive system enhancements, and lead feature releases with IT, vendors, and stakeholders to meet objectives.

You will develop user guides, deliver end-user training, and coordinate communications for new functionality, updates, and maintenance. Strong problem-solving and independent work ethic are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience supporting Workday HCM or comparable Human Capital Management systems.
• Strong understanding of configuration, workflow design, testing, implementation and support.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, maintain, and optimize Workday HCM and related enterprise apps.
• Analyze requirements and determine feasibility of system modifications and workflow improvements.
• Lead deployment of Workday feature releases and system maintenance.
• Collaborate with vendors, IT, PMs and stakeholders to implement solutions.
• Develop user guides and training materials for new functionality.
• Provide after-hours support as needed and promote excellent customer service.
