Job summary

Infosys Limited in the United States seeks an experienced Package Project Lead 1 with Workday HCM expertise to drive project timelines, coordinate teams, and ensure successful deployment.

You will engage with stakeholders, manage BP configurations, security settings, and major release activities, with a bachelor’s degree and US work authorization. The role offers a collaborative, global delivery environment and opportunities for process improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in Workday HCM domain, particularly in Workday Functional Configuration across key HR Modules (Core HR, Payroll & Time tracking, Recruitment, Benefits, Absence etc.) across implementation / Support / Development projects.
• Experience in Workday HCM NA payroll and core HCM.
• Experience working closely with Business to gather, understand, and analyze requirements.
• Experience in demonstrating configurations using prototyping.
• Experience in BP Configurations (BP Changes, Sup Org, Locations, etc.), Troubleshooting Data issues / Corrections, Workday Reporting and Analytics and Security configs and changes.
• Experience in managing and run Workday major release update feature analysis, testing and coordination with business for deployment.

Responsibilities

• Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely project completion
• Facilitate effective coordination between technical teams and client stakeholders by organizing regular meetings, sprints, and project phases to align expectations and objectives
• Support technical teams in executing development, integration, and customization stages of enterprise application packages, ensuring adherence to project requirements
• Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations
• Proactive risk management to ensure project delivery.
• An ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective communication
• Focus to anticipate challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
• Commitment to balance project economics with adherence to strategic priorities.
