Infosys Limited is seeking a Package Consultant 2 in the United States to lead Workday HCM configuration, including Core HR, Payroll, and Time Tracking across multiple projects.

You will gather requirements from business units, aid in solution design, and implement ERP customizations with a focus on security, data integrity, and scalable integrations. Travel/relocation may be required.

Formación

• Experience in Workday HCM domain across HR modules (Core HR, Payroll, Time tracking, Recruitment, Benefits, Absence).
• Experience in Workday HCM NA Payroll and Core HCM.
• Experience with gathering requirements from business and translating into configurations and development tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities.
• Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing ERP modules based on detailed business requirements.
• Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain codebase for stability and compliance.
• Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, ETL processes, ensuring data flow between ERP and other apps.
• Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancements and ensure compliance with security measures and regulatory standards.
• Develop documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training for knowledge transfer.
