Qualifications

Experience in Workday HCM across Core HR, Payroll, Time Tracking, Recruitment, Benefits, Absence, etc.
Experience in Workday NA payroll and core HCM.
Experience gathering requirements and prototyping configurations.

Responsibilities

Develop project timelines and address resource gaps to ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate between technical teams and client stakeholders through regular meetings and project phases.
Support development, integration, and customization in Workday packages per requirements.
Monitor deliverables across all phases to meet quality benchmarks.
