Job summary

Infosys Limited in the USA is seeking a Package Project Lead 1 to oversee Oracle Cloud Payroll and HCM projects, coordinating cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to deliver on time and within scope. You will develop timelines, manage resources, support development, integration and configuration of enterprise packages, and monitor quality across all project phases.

Bachelor’s degree required; willingness to relocate and travel within the US; prior Oracle Cloud experience highly

Qualifications

• Experience in multiple projects implementation with Oracle Cloud Payroll.
• Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Technical.
• Knowledge of fast formulas, Visual Builder Studio, HCM Data Loader, OTBI.
• Willingness to relocate and travel within the US.

Responsibilities

• Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely project completion.
• Coordinate between technical teams and client stakeholders by organizing regular meetings, sprints, and project phases to align expectations and objectives.
• Support technical teams in executing development, integration, and customization stages of enterprise application packages, ensuring adherence to project requirements.
• Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations.
