The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Workday Core HCM configuration experience, strong analytical skills, and familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Workday HCM Certification preferred.
• Experience with organizational management and staffing models.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with data validation, analysis, testing, and defect management.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Workday Core HCM functionality, including organizational structures and business processes.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into Workday solutions.
• Configure supervisory organizations, job profiles, positions, and worker lifecycle processes.
• Develop and maintain calculated fields, condition rules, validation rules, and notifications.
• Support organizational restructuring, acquisitions, and workforce management initiatives.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, and other teams to support end-to-end business processes.
• Troubleshoot configuration and business process issues, providing production support.
• Maintain configuration documentation and support data validation and compliance-related activities.

Immediate need for a talented Workday HCM Configurator. This is a 06+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Atlanta ,GA (Onsite).

Pay Range: $80 - $81/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain Workday Core HCM functionality, including organizational structures and business processes.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into Workday solutions.
• Configure supervisory organizations, job profiles, positions, and worker lifecycle processes.
• Develop and maintain calculated fields, condition rules, validation rules, and notifications.
• Support organizational restructuring, acquisitions, and workforce management initiatives.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, and other teams to support end-to-end business processes.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Familiarity with data validation and analysis, testing, and defect management.
