Job summary

Infosys Oracle unit delivers Oracle Cloud solutions and ERP integration to accelerate digital transformation for diverse industries. This Package Consultant 2 role focuses on requirements gathering, solution architecture, feature development, system integration, and ERP performance improvements using Workday components and BP configurations.

The candidate will contribute to documentation and training while coordinating with cross‑functional teams in the US, and will engage with stakeholders

Qualifications

• Experience in Workday Core HCM and Workday Cloud Platform.
• Experience in BP configurations (BP changes, supervisor organization, locations, etc.).
• Experience in Workday reporting and analytics and security configurations and changes.
• Must manage and run Workday major release update feature analysis, testing and coordination with business for deployment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities.
• Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of the ERP package, based on detailed business requirements.
• Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance.
• Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications.
• Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards.
• Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer.
