• Knowledge of global HR processes and operating models, multi-country deployments, workforce transformation.
• Familiarity with security and reporting frameworks, data migration strategies, integration tools (Studio, EIB, APIs).
• Workday HCM Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop project timelines and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate between technical teams and client stakeholders through regular meetings, sprints, and phases.
• Support development, integration, and customization phases of enterprise packages per requirements.
• Monitor deliverables across all phases to meet quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

• Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely project completion
• Facilitate effective coordination between technical teams and client stakeholders by organizing regular meetings, sprints, and project phases to align expectations and objectives
• Support technical teams in executing development, integration, and customization stages of enterprise application packages, ensuring adherence to project requirements
• Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations

Preferred Skill and Experience

• Exposure to Workday Technical skillset.
• Industry exposure (preferred): Energy, Utilities, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Technology.

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
