Job Role: Package Project Lead 1

• Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely project completion.
• Facilitate effective coordination between technical teams and client stakeholders by organizing regular meetings, sprints, and project phases to align expectations and objectives.
• Support technical teams in executing development, integration, and customization stages of enterprise application packages, ensuring adherence to project requirements.
• Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations.

Required Skills And Experience

• Experience with Financial Management.
• Experience in Workday ERP implementation or support projects.
• Proficiency in all delivered ERP processes and reports and ability to suggest best practices.
• Hands‑on experience working on Workday Cloud projects.
• Experience in ERP Modules (AP, GL, Procurement, Costing, Expenses, Fixed Assets, Payables), and Accounting Center.
• Proficient in implementing IT/business solutions in Workday Cloud, building integrations, reports, and customizing business processes using native Workday tools.

Preferred Skills And Experience

• Ability to drive customer discussions independently and act as trusted advisor for industry best practices, with a desire to work in a global delivery environment.
• Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams (technical, business, and management).
• Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle.
• Knowledge of agile practices and ability to implement the project in agile mode.

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of one year of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to the work/project location.
