Mo’ Bettahs is seeking a Workday HCM Analyst to own day-to-day administration, optimization, and support of the Workday HCM system. You will collaborate with People Operations, Payroll, Finance, and IT to keep the system running smoothly for Team Members and leaders.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of related experience, strong Workday knowledge, and familiarity with SDLC and ITSM tools. This on-site role requires working at our Lehi, UT office.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, human resources, business administration, or related field.
• 5+ years related experience required.
• Strong understanding of Workday HCM modules (Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management, Recruiting).
• Understanding of SDLC methodologies.
• Experience with ITSM tools such as Jira or similar systems.

Responsabilidades

• Administer, configure, and maintain Workday HCM modules including Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management, Recruiting.
• Escalation point for Workday support issues; troubleshoot and resolve requests.
• Maintain business processes, security roles, and tenant configuration; manage changes.
• Build and maintain reports, calculated fields, dashboards; support mass data loads.
• Manage Workday release cycles; coordinate testing and communicate changes.
