Job summary

Resourcesoft, Inc. seeks an experienced Workday integration professional to design, develop, and maintain integrations across our production HCM environment. You will leverage Workday Studio, EIBs, web services, and Core Connectors to deliver scalable solutions for our clients.

You will translate HR requirements into technical designs, collaborate with vendors and internal teams, and provide ongoing production support, testing, and improvements for future Workday initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday HCM integration development experience.
• Expert in Workday Studio and Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB).
• Proficient with Workday web services, REST/SOAP APIs, and Core Connectors.
• Strong XML/XSLT skills and experience with third‑party integrations.
• Experience across Workday HCM processes including Core HR, Recruiting, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, and Absence.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor integration processing, diagnose failures, resolve defects, and provide production support.

• Perform integration testing, remediation, updates, and redesign activities for future Workday platform initiatives.
