Job summary

Quantum Technologies LLC is seeking a Senior Workday Integration Consultant to lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex Workday integrations bridging Workday Financials and HCM with external vendor systems. The role requires 14+ years of hands-on experience in Workday integrations and deep expertise in Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors.

You will design, implement, and optimize end-to-end integration solutions, troubleshoot critical issues, and collaborate with stakeholders on data

Qualifications

• 14+ years of professional experience in Workday integrations.
• Experience bridging Workday Financials and Human Capital Management (HCM) with external vendor systems.
• Lead design, development, and maintenance of complex integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors.
• Develop complex XSLT 3.0 transformations and maintain Workday dashboards, apps, and custom reports.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts to resolve critical integration failures and performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and execute Data and Analytics strategies for HR and Finance.
• Contribute functional expertise to the product team to implement new features and automated workflows.
• Build delivery collateral and participate in knowledge capture sessions to improve team efficiency.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Workday Integration Consultant with over 14 years of professional experience to lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex integrations. This role focuses on bridging Workday FinancialsandHuman Capital Management (HCM)with external vendor systems, ensuring seamless data flow across Finance, Accounting, Payroll, and Legal departments.

• Expertise inCore Connector for Worker,Procure-to-Pay, andAccountingmodules.
• Strong proficiency in Workday StudioandAdvanced Reportwriting.
• Workday CertificationsinIntegration Core,CCTPP, or Workday Studio.
• Sound functional understanding of multiple Workday modules (Finance/HCM).
• Proven ability to prioritize projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
