Job summary

Syssero, Inc. is seeking a Functional Consultant to serve as a subject-matter-expert in deploying Workday solutions for multiple clients.

You will advise, design, configure, document and test to ensure timely delivery and alignment with client needs. The role covers several Workday functional areas (e.g., Core HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, Integrations) and requires strong consulting and analytical skills, client-facing communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects

Qualifications

3+ areas of Workday experience (HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, etc.).
Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years related experience or training.
Experience with Workday integrations and partner solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

Serve as the functional consultant on Workday projects across multiple areas.
Research, troubleshoot, and resolve configuration issues for client deployments.
Analyze, design, document, test, and implement Workday requirements and processes.
Manage case queues and prioritize client issues in line with SLAs.
Lead data requirements sessions, data conversion, testing, and end-user training.
