Job summary

Syssero®, A Rotation Digital Company is seeking a Functional Consultant (PATT) to serve as a Workday subject-matter expert, advising, designing, configuring, documenting, and testing solutions for clients. The role requires balancing multiple client projects with a strong mix of business, technical, and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ areas of Workday experience in HCM, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, Learning, Payroll, etc.
• Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years Workday experience
• Workday implementation experience: 2+ years
• Applied experience with partner solutions and Workday Studio, plus Web services and 3rd party APIs within Workday.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional consultant on Workday projects across several Workday functional areas.
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve configuration issues or implement new functionality for clients.
• Analyze, design, implement, and document complex Workday requirements and processes.
• Manage incoming case queue and resolve client cases in line with SLAs.
• Lead or participate in data requirements, data conversion, testing, and training sessions.
