Job summary

Stream Realty Partners seeks a Business Solutions Manager to lead Workday FINS strategy, architecture, and delivery. You will translate accounting requirements into technical designs, manage governance, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive high-impact financial systems projects.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, program governance, and hands-on configuration within Workday FINS to align IT delivery with Stream’s business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years ERP implementation and integrations experience.
• Minimum 2 years Workday FINS with product ownership and functional architecture responsibilities.
• Deep Workday FINS knowledge: FDM, Core Accounting / Reporting, Accounting Center, Treasury / Cash, AP, AR, Projects, Fixed Assets, Tax, FP&A.
• Hands-on configuration experience in Workday FINS.
• BP Administrator and functional configurator experience.
• Knowledge of HR objectives and alignment with people-strategy goals.
• Knowledge of CRE industry desirable.
• Governance, data privacy, and PII handling understanding.
• Vendor relationships management and contract negotiations.
• Workday Pro certification preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the Workday FINS technical roadmap.
• Oversee end-to-end Workday FINS delivery aligned to business goals.
• Translate finance requirements into technical solutions and plans.
• Governance: enforce change management, intake prioritization, release coordination.
• Lead cross-functional delivery teams through SDLC / Agile sprint cycles.
• Coordinate with vendors and external AMS partners for delivery.
